Tea Mastermind has given me the opportunity to connect with other tea room owners and learn from them. It has provided me the opportunity to share my ideas about my business and the tea industry overall and to receive valuable feedback from others within the same industry.

I've learned so many tools for the trade. Just the act of sharing insights from so many others in the tea business has been invaluable. I never stop learning and Tea Mastermind has made it easy and fun!

What little I have experienced has been amazing.  And, the community it has built is amazing.

I have filled in so many gaps in my tea business education. I have learned many of the finer points of etiquette that weren't part of my upbringing. I have taken the time to learn to appreciate teas that I never liked before. I have learned aspects of business that as a cashier, prep cook, assistant retail store manager, receptionist, grocery store cake decorator, and college dropout, I was never exposed to. I have learned the importance of diverse streams of income, and the basics of creating those streams, which I will be able to implement once I dedicate the time to them.

My focus before Tea Mastermind was WAY too narrow. I feel as if I was walking down a dark hall not knowing to open the doors of the rooms.
There is SO much to learn!
